How It All Started
I set up a fashion business as it was always my dream. However, I found out that the fashion business was just like any other business. Businesses rely on systems and structures. Its processes must be scientific. There is no room for guesswork in a successful business. I had to develop those systems, methods and processes that will be operated by the staff of the business. These systems had to be taught to new staff. I was so successful at training my staff that I frequently had no staff thanks to my tailors realising they could get better pay with their new level of performance. I decided I had better make money from training instead of complaining . In 2001, I advertised my training workshops to the larger public. We started training people in short workshops in Adeniran Ogunsanya Shopping Complex.
The greatest beneficiaries of this is the young designers who get to start their businesses with proper structures for measurements, sizing, pattern making and design as well as styling.
My greatest gift is seeing people change right before my eyes when they realise their potential through the empowerment gained from our training methods.
I demand the best of my students, I know its there even when they think “I can’t!” I see their potential long before they do.

Our goal is to empower the Nigerian Fashion Designer to produce clothes for the Nigerian public. This market is still largely controlled by foreign garment producers.
In the nearest future we intend to have a larger segment of the Nigerian ready to wear market. This market is large and can only be accessed using the right garment producing systems.
We plan to play a major role in making the Nigerian Fashion Industry a major player in world. We want to produce the garments worn by the ordinary Nigerian; to produce these clothes in large quantities.
Our vision is to restore the dignity of the Nigerian by giving them a fashion brand. To style and produce clothes with them in mind and to do so at a price they can afford. We want bring an end to Nigerians wearing second hand clothing as their best clothing.
We envisage that we as a nation will outgrow the inferiority complex that deprives the nation of the instrument of local manufacturing as a tool for its own growth and development.
Our vision is to be part of job creation through our factories, warehouses, shops and logistic requirements.
Intrinsic in our vision is the necessity to build skilled labour as a back bone of a healthy fashion industry. To achieve this we must nurture talent and give the deserving the tools to express their own potential for creativity. This is achievable through our fashion training academy
My business philosophy is to utilise the best methods in the achievement of clearly outlined goals. We believe good is achievable even if it take a little more effort.
We know that excellence is the result of the willingness to make that extra effort
